THE COTTAGE AT MATAGORDA

The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two full-size beds, and the third bedroom includes a versatile full-size trundle bed with an additional twin bed. The open and light-filled living spaces offer perfect views of the Colorado river and the natural surroundings of Matagorda Bay. Step onto the expansive wrap-around deck and enjoy both great sunrise and sunset views. With a lighted dock on the river, outdoor enthusiasts can partake in fishing/crabbing day or night. Next to the dock is an outdoor shower and fish cleaning station with running water. For memorable outdoor dining experiences, there's a screened-in dining area where you can enjoy your catch of the day prepared in either the dual fish fryer or propane grill, both found downstairs. Access to Matagorda beach is only a short 5-minute drive. This riverfront house is a true gem that offers the perfect getaway from the city, with outdoor adventures and cherished moments in the Gulf Coast paradise. This is a new build, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath. Beds are: 1 King, 1 Queen, 4 Twin, and Queen sofa bed. This home is riverfront with a lighted fishing pier, a raised deck with furniture, outdoor security camera, dishwasher, regular coffee pot and Keurig. Range, oven, microwave. Linens and towels included. Washer/Dryer, iron and board. Smart tv's in living room and all bedrooms. Internet, outdoor shower, downstairs 1/2 bathroom. Charcoal weber grill. Big open kitchen fully stocked with dishes, pot's, and pans. Easy access to launch your boat at Riverbend boat launch, 3/4 of mile up the river. You can easily get to offshore ocean fishing, both bays, and intercoastal waterway.

Matagordaville

Matagordaville is a real gem, sits right on the river with a lighted fishing pier, a raised deck with seating over the river, and a swimming pool. This beautiful home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 11 people, 4 bathrooms, open concept living room/kitchen area. Laundry room off the kitchen as well as a half bath for guests. Dining table sits up to 8. Upstairs is the 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, closet and an ensuite full bathroom. Also has a balcony. 2nd bedroom has full bottom bunk with twin top. 3rd bedroom has 3 twin beds. Upstairs has a full guest bathroom also. Walk out the front door and follow over to the raised deck with seating and lounger's. Then downstairs is a 4th bathroom (half), also an outside shower. The pool area is down here also. The lighted fishing pier is also same area. There is a fence around the property. This property can be rented with the property right next door if you have a bigger party of people, both houses sleep up too 11 people.

You should have been here yesterday, the fish were really biting ! Regardless if you're fishing, boating or just plain old chillin'... come on over to our place, all you adventurous explorers. If you aren't lucky at fishing, park your boat at our pier, grab a cold drink and fish off our new pier under the fishing lights. Or simply enjoy our balcony overlooking the river with your morning coffee, or reading with Fido at your side. You may catch a look at our wildlife across the water. Shopping for anything you forgot or just beach goin...2 miles south it's all available in our quiet town. So come on down.. Whether you're seeking adventure or simply looking to relax, this superb cabin is the ideal choice for your stay in Matagorda. Enjoy your time in Matagorda at our cabin.

BUNKROOM 168

This bunkroom is located underneath the owner’s home. Bunkroom is a room that includes a full bathroom, 2 full/twin bunks. Microwave, Coffee pot, mini fridge and a TV. Includes wifi and satelite. It has a lighted fishing pier. Great space for a fishing trip. Full bathroom with shower. Private entrance and exit from room. There is also the beautiful sunsets over the river. Five minute drive to beach, 5 minute trip to Matagorda town. Dock your boat! Porch with plenty of sitting tables and chairs for a BBQ and relaxation. No more than 4 people and only 1 small dog is allowed.

RIVER RETREAT 

You'll find yourself waking up to beautiful sunrises over East Matagorda Bay and at day's end, watching spectacular sunsets from our deck overlooking West Matagorda Bay. See your boat in the water at our spacious dock. The house comfortably sleeps 8 persons with two private bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything is furnished except your personal items. Upstairs has a great porch overlooking the river and lighted fishing pier. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, this fishing cabin is comfy.

RIVER HOUSE

This adorable little house is an open concept when you enter door into living room sofa, tv. Back half of living space is 1 Queen & full/twin bunk bed. Enter the kitchen fully stocked and the dining area has another twin bunk bed. Large upgraded bathroom. Sitting bar between living room and kitchen. A great porch overlooking the river with lighted fishing pier. An outside shower at porch for cleaning sand off before entering house.
