SANDY FEET RETREAT
3 bdr, 2 bath house. 20 x 20 addition living room which is the front entrance and also connects to a door to walk out on the covered porch and a fenced front yard. There is a full sleeper sofa and 2 recliners. Entering the main house is another living room, a big open kitchen with an island and a dining area. Off the kitchen is the coffee bar with a desk which has a side door entrance and exit to the playground, firepit, and swimming pool area. Bedroom 1 is the master and has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a garden tub and a 5ft walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds. 3rd bedroom has a full bed and twin bunk bed. All rooms have TVs. There is also a back door leading to a fenced backyard. Included is a laundry shed with 2 washers and 2 dryers.

For bigger events as in Reunions, Family get togethers, weddings, wedding receptions, Birthday parties etc.
This rental can include the entire acre of property, the house, the 3 cabins, the playground and pool/bbq area. The house itself sleeps up to 12 and each cabin sleeps 6.
Cabins are 1 bedroom, full size kitchen fully stocked, living room, and 1 bath. 2 of the cabins have 2 full beds in bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room with tv in both. 1 cabin has king bed in bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room.
OUTDOOR SPACE
27 ft above ground pool with a wrap around deck, a bbq picnic cabana with seating, and a nighttime firepit with furniture for seating. There is also a playground for the children.

Cooks Camp Retreat is located on the Intercoastal and has a lighted fishing pier

A great porch overlooking the intercoastal with seating. 3 bedroom, 1 &1/2 bath and also includes a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping. Has lighted fishing pier. Full open kitchen with dining table. Master bedroom is queen bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, 3rd bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds (4 single).
Living area has 1 couches and big screen tv. Living area also has a pool table. Plenty of parking area with driveway and roped extra parking. Minutes from the Harbor or there is a boat ramp 1 house over. Wifi and Satellite included. A perfect getaway with everything you will need. Pet Friendly!!

Fisher House
Perfect for large families and groups, this coastal retreat is only a 10-minute drive from the beach. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 11 beds for up to 16 guests—plus an optional Captain’s Quarters that adds space for 3 more that can be rented also. Relax or play in the huge screened porch, complete with a pool table, foosball, and comfortable lounge seating. Inside, you’ll find a spacious open kitchen with an island bar that seats 3, plus a dining area with seating for 6—perfect for family meals and group gatherings. The master bedroom includes two queen beds and a private en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, while the third bedroom features two additional queen beds. There is an area off the living room that has 2 queen/twin bunk beds. Another small room has a sleeper sofa with washer and dryer. Lewis House
This roomy house is close to everything in town as in shopping, restaurants. 5 minutes from Harbor and 2 minutes from the bridge onto the island.
4 bedroom, 2 bath. Enter the property in laundry area into kitchen which is fully stocked with everything you will need. Then into dining room where there is a dining set for 6. On into the living room with plenty of seating. Master bedroom is downstairs with en-suite bathroom with Queen bed.
Upstairs is 2nd bedroom with full and 2 twin beds, room 3 is 2 full beds. Room 4 is a study with desk and bathroom inside this room. Nice yard full of trees for shade over the seating area. Plenty of parking room.
Mulberry House
The Mulberry House is centrally located townsite Matagorda, just a minute drive to the harbor, local shopping, small grocery store, excellent fishing and great food.
This is a simple cottage that provides a full kitchen, washer and dryer and lots of sleeping area. We have most everything you could need for an at-home feel on your vacation.
(Pets may be welcomed on a case-by-case basis. Please note there is a $50 per pet fee.)

There is a full-size washer and dryer in the utility room. The kitchen is fully outfitted to make all your meals. There are both a Keurig coffee maker and a standard coffee maker.
There are two queen beds, two twin beds and a hideaway twin. Extra linens are in the armoire in the front bedroom.
There is a one full bathroom with a stand-up shower. Please note: the bathtub is ornamental.
The dining room is in the center of the house, off the kitchen. There are lots of board games in the coffee hutch.
There is an Amazon Firestick connected to the TV and WiFi access.
