Entering the front steps into the Living room/kitchen/dining area. Up one level is washer/dryer, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Up another staircase is a bedroom and exit door leading to balcony overlooking the river. 2nd bathroom is between this room and the master room which has queen bed. An addition to the house is a screened in porch out the back door leading to the additional apartment which has kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. If not rented with main house it will be rented separately as it has it's own separate entrance. Then downstairs is a slab with charcoal grill. The Riverbed boat launch and bait shop is a minute from this property. A great place for family or dual family. The house has dishwasher, washer, dryer and combo Kuerig/regular coffee maker. This house has an additional apartment attached to the back of house via a screened porch so if you have extra people and need to add the apartment addition that can be easily done. If the apartment is not added to the rental it is available for other parties to rent.
Short Description
This is a great house for a duo family or even just a family to enjoy. Very comfortable and close to everything in Matagorda. There is a foosball table in living area. Beautiful sunset views daily. The screened porch on second level is a great relaxing area with seating and nice breezes. Boat launch is 2 minutes from the driveway.
