It has a relaxing space under the condo's with fishing the catch and release lagoon, hang out in one of the two hammocks, have a seat at the table/chairs or swing in the swing and in the evening turn on the cool lights and chill. You will have 2 full kitchens, 4 bathrooms, sleeps 16 . Three story deck with views of the whole ocean and bays. Lots of parking space. A short walk over dunes on to the beach.
This is an entire building that has 2 condo's, so you will get 2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, sleeping for 20. Pet friendly. Amazing views from the condo and it sit on the catch and release lagoon and has a great fishing area with hammocks, night lighting.. A short walk over to dunes and you can walk over dunes on trails right onto beach or by car a 2 minute drive.

The townhouse is located in a gated community and also has a beautiful swimming pool included for the communities use. This townhouse is 1/2 of the building, its 3 bedroom and 2 bath and sleeps 8 in beds, you are welcome to have up to 10 people in the unit, but you will need to bring extra linens. This condo has the best big porch that overlooks the whole beach/ocean and trails to walk over the dunes right onto the beach. Picnic tables are on porch for customers. BBQ pit in garage downstairs along with washer and dryer for customers use. Wifi an satelitte are included. Pets are welcome but please clean after your pet in the yard and inside.

A perfect house for a wonderful beach vacation. This house sits against the dunes and has a great porch overlooking the beach/ocean. In walking distance to the LCRA fishing pier. The decor is comfortable and roomy. The view is amazing !! Beach and Gulf of Mexico right off the porch !! Clean and well kept. Open kitchen area into living room. A nice 6 seat dining table off the kitchen. Living room has a great couch, satellite TV, WIFI and stereo. There is a big nook with a full futon bed and washer/dryer stackable. Another nook has 2 twin beds. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one and the other has a full bed. One bath with shower, vanity, closet. The LCRA park is within walking distance with a big fishing pier, museum, putt putt golf. PETS are welcome!! We look forward to welcoming you to 14 Beachfront.
Perfect spot against the Dunes overlooking the ocean/beach. this house has an amazing porch to sit and enjoy the view. Wifi and satelitte and PET FRIENDLY !! Very spacious porch with furniture for some beautiful sunset and sunrise views plus the beach/ocean. There is a trail next door that leads over dunes to the beach.

Fabulous view of the beach! Beautiful beach house with huge deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Three bedrooms, two baths, and plenty of room. You can fish, walk on the beach, or just sit on the deck and relax. Upstairs has king size bed, kitchen, living area, and bathroom. Downstairs has two separate bedrooms, and bath. Please note, there is no internal stairs connecting the two floors. The house only sleeps six occupants. The house comes complete with pots, pans, dishes, towels, and sheets, everything you need to make yourself at home. There is a full size range and oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all kitchen utensils. All you need is food, drinks, suntan lotion and your personal items. You will have a great view of the beach, which is just a short walk away. There are lawn chairs on the upper deck, and on the ground. Enjoy relaxing walks on the beach, which is filled with all types of shells. Matagorda is known for great fishing, kayaking and bird watching. There are a of wonderful restaurants in town, that are reasonably priced and have huge selections of fresh seafood. There is a great grocery store in town just 8 miles away, Stanley's General Store. They have food, drinks, gas and a huge assortment of beach items. You can also buy a pass there to drive on the beach. Once you are on the beach, you can drive over 25 miles on beautiful sand, walk and pick up shells, fish, suntan, or just relax.
If you are looking to stay on the beach then this house fills that need. Walk right over the dunes and onto beach. A nice slabbed area underneath for relaxing and having a barbeque. The above deck space is plentiful and has amazing views right onto the beach. If your looking for a place on the beach with great views then this will fill that order. If you are bringing a boat there is a boat launch at Rawlings bait camp 5 minutes from the house.
This house sits on a street that is against the dunes of the beach so all houses on this road have amazing views and can access the beach by foot.
