Policies and Rules

RENTAL RULES

All of our properties have been cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. Starter tissue paper and paper towels are provided. All bed linens and bath towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. Kitchens are fully stocked with all dishes, cooking and appliances. Each property has its own BBQ pit and charcoal, so bring charcoal and starter fluid! If you are bringing your pet please bring a kennel to leave them in if you plan to leave the property.

 

 

DEPARTURE
 

• Please leave all beds slept in, unmade. Leave bath towels used in a stack, in the bathroom.

• Please wash and put away all of your dishes.​

• Turn AC/Heat up to AC78/HEAT70.​

• Take all of your trash out to the cans or dumpsters that are provided. If there is one not provided, there is a dump on Cemetery Road as you are leaving Matagorda. There will be a $25.00 charge for each bag of trash left at the property.

• Make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked securely. 

• Please leave property in the same condition it was when you arrived.

 

All of the properties are NON SMOKING. If you smoke outside, please dispose of your cigarette butts and do not leave the them on the property. If found, there will be an additional charge for cleanup.

ALL RENTALS ARE SUBJECT TO FEES AND TAXES AS FOLLOWS:
• $200 Deposit Fee due at time of booking.
• 0.06% Hotel Tax
• $25 Processing Fee
• $50-$100 Cleaning Fee (depending on unit)
• $50 Pet Deposit
