There is an area off the living room that has 2 queen/twin bunk beds. Another small room has a sleeper sofa with washer and dryer. This property is an Efficiency apartment located on the same property of a private home. The apartment has its own parking and entrance and a large fenced yard. Pets are welcome. TV, king bed, full size futon. Also has microwave, mini Keurig coffee maker, apartment sized refrigerator, oven/air fryer, double hot plate, crock pot, toaster, rice cooker. Stackable washer/Dryer. Front porch with grill (charcoal) and seating. 8 minutes to beach. Smart TV & Wifi included.
MULBERRY HOUSE
Guests have use of the entire home. Feel free to park in the grass to the right of the house, or in front on the street. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the utility room. The kitchen is fully outfitted to make all your meals. There are both a Keurig coffee maker and a standard coffee maker. There are two queen beds, two twin beds and a hideaway twin. Extra linens are in the armoire in the front bedroom. There is a one full bathroom with a stand-up shower. Please note: the bathtub is ornamental. The dining room is in the center of the house, off the kitchen. There are lots of board games in the coffee hutch. There is an Amazon Firestick connected to the TV and WiFi access.
